Pure Design meets Pure Pleasue

If yah'll remember my post about the list of cars I could get when I finna move out to the states, you'll notice this beauty to be familiar. Though if you can't recognize it by it's name, you should come into terms with it now by it's feature.

Above is the 2009 Audi A4, similar to the 08 version I found on Autotrader fairly priced as a used car for $22+ grand, just about ten grand below the newest 2010 version. Compare that to a brand new 2011 Honda Accord, which would you choose ;P.

Personally I'd choose the A4 just because it's one sexy azz beast, but the A4 isn't what I'm going to write about today. The certain focus of the Audi branch of sick azz luxury rides that I will share on, is the beautiful, incredibly designed Audi TT Coupe. Though having 3 other siblings the TT Roadster, TTS coupe and TTS Roadster, the TT coupe comes brand new around $37k, so being the cheapest of course I'd fall for that trim.

While surfing Autolog, I came across a post about an Audi TT RS which is a faster sportier version. It came with this aggressive body-kit that I seriously fell in love with. This one though was competition ready, that has made it's debut in the Endurance Championship Nürburgring.

Wow and to think I can cop one that's related to the monster above lol. The TT RS version is also one of the most demanded trims for the Audi TT for the States. So far, via: Autoblog, there is currently 1 roaming it's roads.

Because Myreikko Is Created of 2xMany

I used to blog about my thoughts, I used to be very literal. In advance I apologize for bad grammar, typos and short-cuts though by now you should have already noticed that even in text I speak with an urban accent =p. So with that said, I'd love to go back to being a little literic (yeh so wat, made it up hehehe) which u'll see throughout the existence of my blog.

Myre-ikko
I'm on a current state of ups and downs and all arounds, but at least it's not as bad as it used to be. Maybe it's cause the days are caving in and I'm secretly going insane with the thought of reaching a change. Waiting any longer than the end of next year is all I'm able to handle, anymore will drive me to making a reckless decision.

Many people always questions life and it's purpose with them. The simple things almost don't matter. Really, life is to live, breathe, eat, drink, sleep, wake, walk, run, survive. But to us, being human, life is to impress, change, think, decide, believe, regret, inspire, succeed, fail...learn. Though did you notice that there would be days you forget to breathe. Everyone goes through it, but not everyone would share. It could be fear in the favor, but truth is that sometimes it's better to hide certain things from the world than to express it.

I've been on a certain path that I've once was in. I don't even know how I got back here -.- Back to questioning, worrying, wondering.... I'm back to being unsure. I hate being here, it's something I can't really handle, but I have noticed I've been handling it a lil better.

Friends would ask me how I got this mindset. Having to deal easily with things that could drive them into insanity. I really don't know, I guess you have to psych yourself out to get there? It's either that or I just try my best to be standing in the middle of the seesaw.

I'd say I'm content most of the time, but really I'm done.

I'm so ready to move on, to grow and spread my wings. I'm ready to see my dreams come true, to live in the places I wish to, to own the things I desire.

Reality you can't just say it'll be that way, if you want it to, you gotta work it out make sure u continue making that path. Let others lead you, you'll just end up where they want to be.

I'm done with making decisions based on other people. I'm done helping them succeed while I'm sitting in the back-seat. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I've just been doing this same old shet for way too long. I've only found a few who returns the favor :( Why can't I find more...

To add on to the stress, who I wish to be takes alot of hard-work. Some people are born with it, some people easily masters it, some people though like I has to work hard to reach it. It's a matter of reminding yourself. Every artist will never be completely proud of where they are. An artist should never be the same as another. An artist should not do it for the fame or glory but for the love of creation. But of course.... you would question those facts if you choose art as a living.

I need to remind myself to compare my work with others for the only reason of progression. I need to make what pulls me down, a push towards being better. I need to just get back in the game with a 100% effort and stop with this lazyness. A lil extra effort really does help, and I need to do this. I can't afford falling behind.

I guess I can easily say that being made up of more then one personality is a curse and a blessing. I'm both a very positive and a very negative person. I'm content but worry-full. I can lead and I can follow. I can create or just sit back and watch. But I choose to keep the balance. I rather be positive while weighing in the negatives, I rather be content and remember the things that can stop my worries, I rather lead then follow and I definitely rather create.

I'm happy to be multicreative, I rather be all then just one.
I rather be a "PhotoGraphic Artist" then just either one =].

I'm here to be an Art Director,
that is what I need to remember ^-^

Much love,
Nix

iLL Threads From Married To The MOB

If you ever wanted to roll out reppin a tee with an attitude like all the guys got on, Married To The MOB is the right brand to roll with. A street brand created for women by women, Married To The MOB is a brand freshly out of New York. It was created when it's founder Leah McSweeney, noticed that there weren't so many street brands out there that catered to women, so with that she designed a whole line of street wear with a true New York attitude.

The name of the label is a tribute to her crew, "Most Official Bitches" who through anything, never failed to back her up. Though the inspiration for the whole line comes from New York's culture and attitude such as it's crazy azz parties and the toughness, the brand has caught serious attention globally.

I was introduced to MTTM during the same time I discovered Johnny Cupcakes. Aside from the growth of the local street brands down here, I found so many online during my whole research on them. Married To The MOB though did stood out to me because it was created for women. They have shirts out for men too, but the brand itself was dedicated to the females. Though their line may seem like they're for the kinda women with strong attitudes, MTTM also creates sexy collections for that "stand out of the crowd" everyday chick.

They have a mix of sophistication, class, fierce attitude and chickie-ness which I really love. Their tees though are my favorite and I am seriously over due on copping some.

Amazing Photography By John Zhang aka 1013MM Photography

When you set a goal to find a place in the world to fit in, you'll never go wrong working your way around with inspiration. Let's face it, almost everything we want to be has been originated by that one person out there in the far past, so to keep ourselves different from each other, we find ways to create using what we've learned mixed with who we are.

Having an Idol aswell wouldn't hurt and is really something that will help you in the long run. For example, I admit that I'm the type of person who sometimes just has too much on her plate to finish. My wishes almost occupies half of the star system and my dreams grows farther than just the clouds they may set on, so having that one person who finna gots it together to inspire me to reach one dream after another without going insane is an awesome gift.

There are many people out there that I inspires me. My family, friends and special love one are always there for the supporting part. Everything that surrounds me will always inspire my growing ideas, but for someone to inspire who I'd like to become, must be some one who closely resembles who I wish to be.

I've seen many artists out there, all the talented ones, and they're crazy. Some of them just makes me feel bad cause their work makes me question my abilities, and then there's some that let's me know that I'll be OK and I'll be able to reach my goals. John Zhang is one of the people who inspires me to reach my goals. His work is incredible and I see so much resemblance between he and I.

The simple things such as his passion for photography, his love of cars, he owns a Nikon, and that he owns a BMW are a few of what we have in common except the owning a BMW part, and that my Nikon DSLR will be here around mid November =p. Other than that, he is just an awesome person with a well rounded fun personality.

He also looks into being different. As we all know, JOHN is a very common name lol, my cousin, my boyfriend and a bunch of my guy friends has the same name. So he created an alias, 1013MM which is his birthday plus the focal length of a camera (mm). He's also pretty young, and I look up to alotta young artists cause alot of them are still in the learning stage like I'am ^-^, but John clearly is far beyond the early learning stages.

I really love is automotive work which have been featured in many popular blogs and publications such as: Canibeat, Bimmer Post, Fatlace, Stance Work, the BMW Facebook Fan Page and BMW Performance magazine. Like many, he captures each car in a great setting making them more than mechanical objects. His post processing is incredible too. They're done in amazing balance and there isn't ever too much of one thing with his photos.

Not only are his automotive work inspiring, but aswell as his landscapes and portraits. His techniques are almost subtle, but has that extra push of vibrance that captures your attention.

Gorgeous Work By Jaime Ibarra

Jaime Ibarra Himself

Jaime (Hi-may) Ibarra is a Portrait and Art photographer that I've been adoring from the Deviantart Community.
He is also well known for his Editorial, Fashion, Commercial, and Advertising work around the world and has worked with huge clients such as VH1, Gibson Guitars, Austin Ballet and more. His creative work doesn't just end visually, he is also a famous musician who plays the Flamenco Guitar which is a traditional Spanish guitar that is lighter in both weight and sound compared to classic guitars. Being born in Spain and raised in Australia doesn't only explains his unique accent, but aswell as his unique style.

Jaime has a way of making his images vivid through a classic look while capturing strong emotions through his models which I strongly love. He captures beauty in an eerie yet serene feel through his work aswell as sexy, strong emotions. He also has incredible talent with retouches that you all must check out in his website.

I strongly urge you to look into more of his work by clicking his images and the links above.
You won't be disappointed.

A Late Post Bout My Shoot With Madi

Sorry. I'm really bummed out bout how late I write about my current projects =p, I have this whole planned out strategy on how to write these posts and it kinda gets in the way of doing them on time LOL. I've noticed that I been writing alot bout cars too, both on my Tumblr and on here so Ima go ahead and make sure I write alot more bout other thangs hehehe (>.<)

The shoot with Madi was taken about a week and a half ago. I had the whole idea of her shoot based on how she looked. Out of everyone I know here, she has one the most unique features that are great to get creative with. Also the weekend before her shoot, I came from a beach trip with my family and friends. I saw a couple taking pictures by the water. The girl modeled a lava-lava having it up in the air and letting it flutter in the wind. That's when I automatically thought of Madi's shoot. I had it previously planned out with a whole different theme, but I was looking into the time we had to prepare. So instead of a high fashion shoot, I went with a tropical kind. I gave her images for inspiration and to show her a solid example of what I had in mind, and when she came to the shoot all prepared, she totally nailed the idea I had ^-^

The setting wasn't at my best interest in the beginning. We went to Micro Beach for the sandbar in front of Hyatt, but the tide wasn't as low as we wanted it. It was too late to quit though, and I was falling behind with new updates so I made use of what we had. As long as we had the conditions in our favor we were good.

Madi had this wonderful summer dress in the beginning that I couldn't wait to take pictures of, I wish it was a lil less gloomy that day cause some bright blue skies with them puffie clouds coulda made a difference. Though the shots we got still turned out great. The image above is one of my favorites out of the whole set. We were actually stuck on poses until i asked her to kneel, then we got this awesome effect with the water and her dress, with her own poses she made this image look amazing ^-^

Then we took one with her and her lava-lava. This image was inspired by that moment I saw when I was at Managaha with my family. Thank goodness it was a bit windy or this shot could've been a total fail lol.

One of the images I sent to Madi were images of models with really long dresses by the beach. I couldn't believe she had one just like'em which we used for the goddess set. I re'used a location I used for the make-up set for Marie Sayson, but having the other side of the dead tree in focus. I really didn't mind since I know that this side of the tree I havn't took shots with. also I enjoy using every bit of my resources so it wasn't really a big deal to shoot again in a location I've used twice hehe.

One technique to be totally creative is just looking at one thing and finding ways to capture it in different ways so you have a well made variety of images. I really loved this dead tree cause of all the places on it that I could use for a great photograph. The image above was taken within its branches which created a beautiful frame around Madi's face.

It was seriously fun doing her shoot. I enjoyed all the outtakes and funny lil situations we had like her loosing a nail hehehe. In the end, even though it was really hot and I only got a few shots down due to artist block, I still had some great photos of her XD

I hope yah'll enjoyed the creativeness :)

THANKIES MUCHIES!

NIX
